CERo Therapeutics, Inc., is a privately held biopharmaceutical company pioneering cell-based therapies that incorporate multiple forms of tumor clearance into single cells. The company’s core technology platform engineers T cells to express immune receptors called chimeric engulfment receptors (CERs) that enable T cells to target, induce cellular damage, uptake tumor antigen, and remove tumor cells. This approach effectively unites the anti-tumor attributes of both innate and adaptive immune responses into a single T cell product. Our vision is a new class of cell-based medicines with the potential for more complete and durable anti-tumor responses, while maintaining a favorable toxicity profile across multiple cancer indications.

We are looking for a full-cycle contract Talent Acquisition Advisor and coordinator to conduct all phases of recruiting: assisting with the drafting of job postings, passive and active sourcing, identification of key talent, initial phone screens, coordinating and scheduling full panel interviews, running debriefs, delivering and negotiating verbal offers and most importantly, managing relationships with hiring managers and teams. This person will manage all phases of recruiting independently, under the supervision of the Head of HR Operations.


  • Design, implement, and launch effective recruiting strategies aligned with business hiring needs
  • Lead and facilitate recruitment strategy kick-off meetings and debrief meetings for active requisitions
  • Champion structured interviewing and selection methodology with hiring managers to ensure fair and consistent hiring practices
  • Build and maintain meaningful and trusted relationships: both internally with team members, as well as externally with all passive and active candidates
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors (when engaged)


  • Minimum 5 years of successful full lifecycle recruiting experience in Pharma/Biotech industry
